How to Purchase
I invite you to visit my online store @ Ecrater to see the items
that are immediately available for purchase. There you will find additional photos & detailed descriptions of my
work. You don't need an Ecrater account to purchase from the store. You
can purchase any item in the store via your Paypal or Google Checkout account. If you don't have an account with
Paypal or Google, you can use any major credit card to purchase (via Paypal). If you see something you like on my website
& would prefer to drop me an email to purchase, please feel free to do so. If you have any questions regarding my
website, store, jewelry, policies or commissions, please feel free to ask. I'm happy to answer them for you.

information will not be used in any way other than for transaction & shipping purposes. If you have any questions, please

All artwork is handcrafted,
photographed & packaged in a SMOKE FREE studio.
Commissions
Please contact me to discuss custom order details. Production time will vary depending on the size &
design of the piece. Handstitched pieces will require a longer production period due to their time consuming nature. A 50%
non-refundable deposit is required prior to the commencement of production with the remaining balance due upon completion.
All commission sales are final.

GOOGLE CHECKOUT
PAYPAL
CREDIT CARDS (via Paypal invoice): You don't have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card. I can
send a secure Paypal invoice to your email address through which you can remit payment. The only requirement is that your
credit card must be registered in a Paypal approved country. The information on the invoice will guide you through the payment
process.
All purchases within the state of Minnesota are subject to 6.5% sales tax
that is applied to the total price (product & shipping) in accordance with MN state law. Residents of Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey
& Washington counties are assessed 6.75%. Residents of Hennepin County are assessed 6.9%. Minneapolis residents
are assessed 7.4%.
Packaging
All
purchased items are beautifully packaged in a cotton lined gift box ready for one's own personal use or gift giving. Packages
are shipped in bubble padded envelopes.
Shipping
I place a high priority on getting packages out to my customers
expeditiously. Items are shipped by the next business day after payment has been received (Monday - Friday with the exception
of US Postal holidays). Domestic packages are shipped First Class mail with delivery confirmation & international by First
Class mail. I use flat rate shipping & offer discounted combined shipping on multiple item purchases that are shipped
together. However, UPS, Fed Ex, Priority Mail & Global Priority are also available @ an additional charge if you prefer
to have upgraded shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with shipment details once your package has been shipped.
Insurance
Insurance is optional
& protects your package in case of loss, theft or damage in transit. In an effort to keep shipping costs down & the
checkout process simpler for those who prefer not to purchase insurance, I don't automatically include it in my shipping
rates (unless noted in the listing that it's included). If you would like to insure your purchase, please contact me before
paying & I can send you an updated invoice with the additional cost for postal insurance.

$2.05 ................ $50.01 to $100
$2.45 ................ $100.01 to $200
$4.60 ................ $200.01 to $300
$5.50 ................ $300.01 to $400
$6.40 ................ $400.01 to $500
$7.30 ................ $500.01 to $600
$7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over
$600 to $5,000.

Policy
Please
feel free to ask any questions you may have before purchasing. I'm happy to answer them for you. Your satisfaction is
very important to me. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3
days of receipt of the item/s & advise. Returns are accepted as long as the items are returned (post dated) within 7 days
of receipt of the item/s, in their original condition & packaging (ie.,jewelry boxes, organza pouches), with any applicable
3Fine Design tag (or earring card) still attached to the item/s. Refunds will be given in the form of money back. Any original
shipping & return shipping charges are at the buyer's expense.
All commission sales are final. In addition,
some specialty item sales are final (no returns).
